To upgrade your proxy subscription you need to navigate here:
http://www.blazingseollc.com/amember/member/
Then underneath your package name, you need to click the small blue 'upgrade' link:

Then your upgrade options will be presented to allow you to upgrade to any proxy package you want. Your price will be prorated, so you will pay a cheaper price the first month, and then the normal amount the second month.
